I recently made a post on facebook. Up until this post, the most likes I've ever gotten was almost 70. As I write this post now, the likes for this post are at 377.
I started this post, and I finally made an attempt to close it with this:
I am very much humbled by response of my statement here. All of your replies are valid, no matter what you have stated; to me, that is the very greatness of our nation.
I myself will never have an issue disagreeing with anyone on any issue, in hopes that only one thing happens as a result: We are Americans first. So when anyone, including a PRESIDENT threatens actions of division for an ideology instead of a Constitutional Republic, as we are founded on, it becomes easy for me to put any disagreements I have with anyone of whom I disagree with ON HOLD, then focus like a laser beam on any President, or tribe, or town, or faction or country or hemisphere that ever dares to make any kind of an attempt to take our nation away from We The People.
I struggle to be clear sometimes because balancing passion, fear and anger is proving to be a very tough battle for me, and of this I sincerely apologize. My post simply is that a bad situation happened that resulted in death. The term verdict simply means judgement, I said nothing of a trial, and only and simply pointing out as a half-black half-white man's thoughts on the profound contrast as to how black folks have been responding to what they feel is wrong versus how white folks have been responding to what they feel is wrong is where disagreement is.
Nothing whatsoever to do with race itself, so long as we all recognize rule of law and our Constitution that makes us all even players.
Thank you all for being and proving to be AMERICANS.
God Bless the USA.
