Common sense is all it took to come up with the following I've been saying for a long time now. A racist is someone who has a HISTORY of making racist statements. A racist statement is simply a bad choice of words on attacking the race of a person by another person WITHOUT additional racist statements.
Paula Deen simply made a racist statement (20 years ago, and a shame she was as brutally attacked as she was). The 76ers owner apparently has a history of making racist statements, henceforth a RACIST. Is this clearing things up?
