-Initial Concepts-
a) Veteran benefits never stop; even under government shut-down. Same shall be the case for Veteran memorials.
b) President salary is minimum wage; the lowest of all U.S. States.
c) Strict adherence to the will of the current U.S. Constitution outside rules of legal litigation. Exploitation thereof is grounds for trial.
d) President shall never participate in any business deal while President. This invites unfair practice and promotion.
e) President can no longer appoint judges. This is to be done by the House and the Senate, and done in strict exclusion by electronic means.
f) No action by any politician to siphon off money from any federal program. This act shall be seen as treason.
g) President shall never attempt to enact a law, through representatives or any other means for the specific reason for passage. This promotes strict ideology by the President, and should be viewed as an act of treason.
h) No new law shall ever predict nor accept future monetary projections. This violates the youth of our nation, and shall be concluded as disgraceful, and possible reasons for treason.
i) Supreme Court judges shall conduct psychological exams twice every single year for competency. Failure to pass exams removes justice no more than 30 days following exam.
j) Term limits mandatory for all politicians, from states to the federal levels. To be no more than 12 years.
k) A President will present a national budget as required by law. To not do so is sufficient grounds for treason.
l) A President shall not have power to have a citizen to be arrested outside of a State’s conclusion for said citizen to be arrested by the will of a President, only and strictly.
m) Taxes taken from State or National lotteries will go to all factions of the U.S. Military. No monies from lottery taxes shall ever be litigated elsewhere.
n) There shall be as many legal bodies for as many Amendments the U.S. Constitution has. They will be complete with legal representation for the people at the Federal and State levels.
o) A President shall have only 12 executive authority actions per four year term.
p) If the executive branch deploys a veto, and it causes a government shutdown:
IT IS INCUMBENT UPON THE OTHER TWO BRANCHES OF GOVERNMENT TO PERSONALLY FUND ALL ENTITIES THAT SUFFER UNDER A SHUT-DOWN. Yes, GARNISH THEIR WAGES.
To ENSURE sufficient monies are provided, this includes federal AND state house and senate members until they act expeditiously in honor of our Constitution, and in respect for our rule of law and our nation's people.
